STOWE MOUNTAIN RESORT
is premier ski resort in Northeast of USA. Stowe's newest facilities and improvements include a brand new High-Speed Quad on Mt. Mansfield, RFID technology tickets and gates, an inter-mountain transfer gondola connecting Mt. Mansfield and Spruce Peak, Stowe Mountain Lodge, a 312 room hotel and spa that has already been recognized as one of the greenest and most luxurious mountainside lodgings in the world, a new state-of-the-art Performing Arts Center at Spruce Peak, new high-speed lifts on Spruce, new base facilities, restaurants and more. LODGING
We will be staying in a large house near Stowe Resort, 7 bedrooms, 1 mudroom, 8 beds (2 king beds, 4 queen/double beds , 2 single beds), 3 couches, 5.5 baths, 1 new full kitchen, and 1 living room. We will max out at 14 people. The house is 20 minutes to Stowe Resort.
Features: Mountain view, garden view, fire pit, BBQ grill, patio, indoor fireplace, dedicated workspace, free Wifi, TV with standard cable, microwave, coffee maker, hot water kettle, dishwasher, washer, and dryer.
Essentials: Shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, soap, towels, bed sheets, and toilet paper.
LIFT TICKETS
* Get Epic Pass for $1119 (www.epicpass.com), or Epic Day Pass $337 (3 Days, with "32 RESORTS" and "PEAK DATES" options). The pass price will go up few times throughout the summer/fall. Note: Epic Local Pass holder will need to buy a lift ticket on Jan 16
TRIP PLAN
Depart Date: January 15, 2027 Friday. Please arrive 15 minutes earlier. Bus/Van will depart sharply on time with or without you.
Depart 4:00 PM from Queens (NEW): (Northeast Corner of 39th Ave & College Point Blvd) 133-03 39th Ave, Flushing, NY 11354 (Map). Subway lines (Main St-Flushing): 7. (1/2 block from Asian Jewels)
Depart 5:00 PM from NYC: (ViVi Bubble Tea) Corner of 43rd St and 9th Ave New York, NY 10036 (Map) Subway lines (Times Sq-42 St): A, C, E, 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q, R, S.
Depart 6:00 PM from NJ: (NJ Transit Ramsey Route 17) 1 Spring St, Ramsey, NJ 07446 (Map) ) $2 to $4 daily parking at the station's park lot. Meet at the pick-up/drop-off area (indoor) in the back of the parking garage.
Return Date/Time: Depart from Stowe on Monday at 3:30 PM and expect to arrive at NJ at 10 PM, NYC at 10:30 PM & Queens at 11:00 PM
COST (LODGING & TRANSPORTATION)
Early Birds: $499 per person with a shared bed for first 7 spots or before Oct 1st whichever comes first. Regular: $549 per person with a shared bed for last 7 spots. Own bed upgrade from the shared bed is $40 extra.
Trip Includes: 3 nights shared accommodation with a sharing a queen/double bed or own bed with $40 upgrade at a large townhouse near Stowe. Round trip transportation from NYC area & tolls, daily transportation between the house & ski resort, & parking fee if any. $10 tips for the van driver is required & will be collected on the returning trip. Trip goers will need to provide their own lift tickets, for example, by getting Epic Pass or Epic Day Pass.

LUXURY RIDE
We will provide a fully loaded new MB Sprinter Van or a Volvo XC90 SUV for transportation depending on the group size.
REFUND POLICY:
* Full refund if cancelled within 24 hours of booking
* Full refund minus $50 processing fee if cancelled 45 days in advance;
* 50% refund if cancelled 20 days in advance;
* No refund for cancellation or no show within 20 days; however, spots can be transferred to your friends with $50 processing fee.

TRAVEL INSURANCE

THE WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in NY Ski & Snowboard Club events and activities, the event participant acknowledges, and agrees that:
1) The risk of injury from the events may be significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,
2) KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,
3) Willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation; and,
4) Event participant, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS NY Ski & Snowboard Club their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event, WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
