↪ about a contact impro jam
● a jam is a co-responsibility space to dance, train, deepen and celebrate the practice of contact improvisation (CI)(it is not a class)
● CI starts from the exploration of physical laws and forces while moving through space, in physical contact with someone else, sharing and carrying weight along the way
● dancing can happen in duo’s, trio’s, alone or with the whole space and group
● dances can last short or long
● all levels of experience are welcome
Let’s keep dance the focus!
Alternating hosts facilitate the space, with changing focuses during the jams (silence, live, music, projection, light, visuals, photography, film — will be announced).
