Grab your instrument or find a seat, because the high-mountain heritage of Western North Carolina is taking center stage at White Horse Black Mountain. Hosted by the incredible Jacktown Ramblers, our Bluegrass Jam is a true celebration of acoustic string music, community, and tight, driving picking. The Ramblers will kick things off and keep the rhythm steady, creating a welcoming circle where musicians can jump in to trade solos, sing tight harmonies, and lean into that classic, hard-driving bluegrass groove.Whether you play the fiddle, banjo, mandolin, guitar, or upright bass, this is your invitation to share a tune. If you aren't a picker, you're just as essential to the night—grab a drink, relax, and soak in the spontaneous magic of a live, unscripted Appalachian string session. Bring your instrument, bring your friends, and come experience the energy of a true community jam!
