Lisa is level 2 certified and offers over 30 years of Iyengar Yoga wisdom. She has visited India six times to study with BKS, Geeta, Abhijata, and Prashant Iyengar, as well as Rajiv and Swati Chanchani. Now, she is visiting our studio to share her knowledge with us. The theme of the workshop is "Restore and Reset"
