I am offering a short and sweet spring beginners course so new practitioners can feel comfortable to start or re-start yoga practice. This short course will introduce you to Cultivate Health, the new movement space in Leura, and will give you a little taste of the Iyengar Yoga tradition. All welcome.
Saturdays 10:00am to 11:15am
