About this Event
To support physical and mental health, Virgin Active Cannon Street is hosting an exclusive ReformerPilates class - just for the IWIRC New Crew community (supporting early-career professionals and those who are new to the industry.
Join us on Friday, 29th May at 11:00 AM for an uplifting Reformer Pilates session where you’ll strengthen your posture, balance and mobility, reconnect with your body, and have fun – no matter your fitness level or experience.
After the class, continue the conversation and connection over at Caravan City for a relaxed networking session with coffees, fresh juices, and lunch nibbles. This is the perfect opportunity to unwind, meet fellow IWIRC New Crew members, and build new connections in an informal setting.
Please arrive 10-15 minutes early to the session and don’t forget to bring a pair of grip socks to the class. If you do not own a pair, you can purchase a pair at the front desk at Virgin Active.
Please note, in order to take part in the class section of the event, you will need to share your full name, email, phone number and date of birth with Virgin Active.
