Join us on Friday 29th May for an hour of FREE outdoor activities by the waterside.
About this Event

About this event

Get active, connect with nature and spend quality time together as a family. This session will help you learn simple wellbeing skills that support calm, confidence and connection through activities including a nature scavenger hunt, story session and mini raft building.

Ideal for primary school–age children (4–11) but everyone is welcome.

Delivered in partnership with and supported by .

Add the end of the session we will give you a copy of our Tower Hamlets Family Wellbeing Trail. You can enjoy this self-guided trail on the day of the event or whenever you revisit us. The route features fun, nature-inspired activities along the way.

We will be based at the park entrance from the towpath immediately in front of Old Ford Lock.

Please note, there are two Old Ford Locks. We are holding our event at Old Ford Lock 8 by Victoria Park (NOT Stratford Olympic Park by Old Ford Lock 19)

Spaces are limited to 40 attendees per session, so book now to secure your spot!

· Please book one ticket per person. For example, a family of four will need four tickets.

· Arrive no more than 15 minutes before your booked slot.

· Parents and guardians are required to accompany their children during this activity.

· If you can no longer attend, please cancel your ticket on Eventbrite or contact us directly. This allows other families the chance to participate.
