Empowering Women with Disabilities Across Canada
About this Event

Autism Awareness — a national moment to elevate inclusion, strengthen accessibility, and expand economic opportunities for women with disabilities across Canada. IWB is proud to host a powerful event focused on entrepreneurship, leadership, mentorship, and economic empowerment for women with disabilities, including immigrant, refugee, and racialized women.

Women with disabilities continue to face significant barriers to full participation and leadership in Canada. Many experience:

  • Higher unemployment and underemployment
  • Gender‑based violence
  • Limited entrepreneurship opportunities
  • Social isolation

These challenges demand bold, inclusive solutions — and that is the heart of IWB’s mission.
