Midlife is bigger than anyone tells you. You’ve spent decades building a life, achieving, contributing and being there for others.
You’ve built a career. Taken on responsibility. Supported people. Solved problems. Been the capable one, the reliable one, the one who gets things done.
And then you reach a point where some of the roles that have defined you begin to change.
People don’t need you in quite the same way. Some of the things you’ve spent years working towards have been achieved. What mattered enormously ten years ago might not matter quite as much now.
And you find yourself asking:
I’ve done all this… so what do I want for ME now?
It’s a big question. And when you’re busy living, leading, working and still being there for everyone around you, it’s not one we necessarily create much space to think about.
At our final Lead. Her Collective dinner for 2026, Julie Hyde will facilitate a conversation designed to create exactly that space.
If you’re 45+ and finding yourself somewhere in this big middle stage of life, this conversation is for you.
Together, we’ll turn some of the attention you’ve spent years giving to everyone and everything else back towards you, and explore:
What do you want more of?
What are you done with?
And who do you want to be now?
We’ll look at how the roles you’ve played and the ways you’ve learned to show up may be influencing the choices you make today, what might need to change, and how you can create more space for what matters to you now.
You’ll leave with greater clarity about what you want from this part of your life and one intentional choice about how you want to move forward.
Because the life you want next doesn’t start in 2027. It starts with the choice you make now.
