About this Event
Global Soul x ILUVLIVE Monthly Residency -
Lina Nikol
London-based neo-soul/RnB artist crafting intimate, soulful music that resonates far beyond the stage. In 2023, she relocated to London & already had several live shows in the UK, including supporting PJ Morton in Bush Hall. Her music has been featured on New Music Friday UK, BBC Radio 1 / 1Xtra, Soho Radio London, Jazz FM UK, EARMILK & more.
Her "A Mood Called You" EP with Boyan got remixed by the legends Moods, Misha & El Train and features virtuoso guitarist Ashton Sellars (collab with Rod Wave). Her sassy vocals, sweet runs, and tender storytelling can evoke deep emotions and make you connect with her on a personal level.
In 2024, Lina Nikol released a set of singles with Baker Aaron, Misha, Ashton Sellars and more.
Lina Nikol returns with her new single “I Don’t Mind”, an honest neo-soul/r&b ballad that feels incredibly relevant.
Written from the perspective of someone who has loved enough to know the cost of going “all-in”, the song balances out that powerful feeling you get when you’re falling in love with the fear that comes from past mistakes.
Produced by Baker Aaron (ENNY, Kadeem Tyrell, Collard) with the warmth of classic ’90s R&B and the intimacy of modern neo-soul, “I Don’t Mind”
blends the emotiveness of H.E.R., the quiet depth of Alex Isley, and the sophistication of Sinead Harnett.
Tayah
Born and raised in West London, a vocalist, songwriter, producer and performer whose Fusion-Soul sound is a genre-fluid blend of rhythmic pop, soulful songwriting, alternative R&B, funk, jazz and Caribbean influences, pairing timeless soul with contemporary pop energy.
Her music blends soulful storytelling with groove-led production, live musicianship and immersive visual worlds, exploring themes of identity, transformation and sensuality. Drawing inspiration from artists including Chaka Khan, Janet Jackson, Loose Ends and Missy Elliott, Tayah continues building a sound that bridges nostalgic soul with contemporary rhythm.
Across her EPs Wonderer of the West (2020) and Still Wonders (2023), Tayah has built a distinct artistic universe, earning support from BBC Radio 1, KISS, Clash Magazine and Global Soul Radio, alongside performances at Southbank Centre, Lovebox Festival and Notting Hill Carnival.
Currently developing her third EP, Tayah continues expanding her Fusion-Soul sound into a performance-led world where old soul meets new rhythm.
Marzena
Marzena is an artist of all things soul, jazz and blues. Drawn to life’s many shades, she writes songs that explore introspection, healing and the moments that shape us through timeless soul and classic songwriting.
