THE DETAILS
• Teams of two: Female/Female or Male/Male
• Novice and Intermediate divisions
• Four scored workouts
• $125 per team
• Ten-team cap per division
• Registration closes Saturday, November 28
Novice athletes can expect lighter loads, jumping pull-ups, and single-unders. Intermediate athletes can expect heavier loads, pull-ups, and double-unders.
There is no Rx division. Choose the division that reflects your current ability; athletes who routinely compete Rx should not register down.
