Experience a live POUND Rockout Workout Concert Experience! Instead of just listening to the music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout combining cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga- and Pilates-inspired movements.
Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective and FUN way to work out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND provides the perfect atmosphere to let loose, get energized, and ROCK out!
