Moving the Capital Region Forward: Technology Shaping Our StreetsAbout this Event
Across the Capital Region, transportation agencies are building smarter, more connected networks using sensors, real-time data, and new tools to improve safety and operations. This work spans signal modernization, multimodal evaluation, connected and LiDAR-based sensing, adaptive corridor initiatives, and technology pilots. Our agenda covers a wide range of topics. 6 PDH credits will be offered to the attendees.
At the 2026 ITS DC Annual Meeting, agencies, researchers, and industry partners will share what they are learning from these efforts, where the technology is showing promise, and what comes next for transportation innovation in the region.
