Golcar United Community Playing Fields Trust are committed to the Community and we realise the recreational playing park on the playing fields is in much need of being upgraded and equipment being replaced. This should be a safe, fun and clean area for all young people and future generations.
In order for us to do this, though- we need to raise some funds. And whilst doing just that, we want to have some fun!
So, Golcar United Community Playing Fields Trust is excited to invite you to take part in our flagship fundraising event:

⏰ Adults Session: 11.30am – 2.30pm
⏰Juniors Session: 2:30 - 5:30pm
Get ready for a high-energy afternoon packed with hilarious inflatable obstacle courses, team games, water challenges, and plenty of laughs — all in the name of friendly competition and community spirit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for your team to:

- 18 teams only (maximum 10 participants per team)
- 𝐈𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐜𝐚𝐧'𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐨𝐟 𝟏𝟎, 𝐝𝐨𝐧'𝐭 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐲, 𝐰𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐨𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫!
- £500 per team – includes team entry + 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐛𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐫 & 𝐝𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐤 𝐯𝐨𝐮𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫
- £100 deposit secures your team’s place and any fundraising above the entry fee can be donated to this cause or a charity/cause of your team’s choice.

- Best fancy dress
- Most money raised
- Biggest supporter turnout
ALL proceeds go towards replacing and upgrading the community play park, ensuring a safe, fun space for our young people and future generations.
Any funds raised above the entry fee will go directly to our charity for other community projects OR to a charity/cause of your team’s choice.
