ITF 365 Youth Athletic Summer program 2026!!! Welcome to our Summer Athletic Program for KIDS and young athletes at IThinkFit Gym! We are looking to build on our grand slam success last year where 60+ kids participated in the camp💪
We will utilize our versatile staff and unique competence to provide fun and engaging workouts with aim to develop each athlete`s foundational base in speed, agility, power, strength and conditioning! This year our older group will have a more performance based approach with increased progressions and modalities in strength and power!!
🔥 SUMMER ATHLETIC PROGRAM IS HERE! 🔥
Give your athlete the edge this summer with 8 weeks of focused training!
📅 Schedule:
Foundational group (2-3x sessions per week)
8-11 y old:
Offered sessions: Tuesday,Thursday and Friday: 10:30 AM and
Tuesday+Thursday: 6:30 PM.
Performance group: (3-4x sessions per week)
12 and Older:
Offered sessions: Monday Tuesday,Thursday and Friday: 10:30 AM, and M,T and Th: 6:30 PM.(Tuesday and Thursdays sessions will be strength based sessions- At 6.30pm on these two days parents join camp and participate for free!!)
(Each session last appr. 60min)

TEAM TRAINING: Bring your whole team (regardless of sport) to do a specific strength, speed and conditioning workout on the open floor while building team camaraderie. This will be facilitated by some of the areas top professional trainers who are also former Olympians, All-Americans and collegiate athletes.
