Italian Savoury Pie Making Workshop

Hi, this is Giovanni : baking teacher and Ambassador for Real Bread Campaign.

Join me for a special day of pies making, food, heritage and community as we explore the flavours of Italy. Learn how to make three traditional italian savoury pies from scratch, enjoy a moment of creativity and conversation, and take home everything you make.

Suitable for all abilities. Vegetarian and Vegan options available too.

Hot drinks refreshements and recipes included.

During the workshop, we will make the following products :

• Ricotta, egg, and ham Pie
• Peppers,onions, olives and artichokes Pie
• Potatoes, smocked pancetta, mixed herbs and cheese Pie.
