You will make three absolute classics of rustic Italian cooking. In this class, we bridge classic culinary precision with traditional, Nonna-style comfort. During 90 minutes of hands-on cooking, you will learn the secrets to building deep flavors using simple, premium ingredients. Afterward, pop open your favorite drink and pull up a chair for a 30-minute communal meal!
On the Menu:
- Focaccia Barese: Golden, olive-oil crust with a pillowy interior.
- Pesto alla Genovese: Bright, fragrant basil sauce made with traditional proportions.
- Authentic Roman Carbonara: Mastering the delicate emulsion of egg, pecorino, and bacon with zero cream.
Every guest will receive comprehensive cooking instructions and chef-crafted recipes to recreate each dish at home.
