I’m heading back to Istead Rise for another Candlelit Sound Bath! After two lovely Sound Baths there previously, I’m really happy to be returning to Istead Rise Community Centre on Friday 13th November.
If you’ve been before, you’ll know the drill — get comfy, close your eyes and let the crystal bowls, Himalayan bowls, gong, chimes and other instruments work their magic.
And if you’ve never tried a Sound Bath before, come and see what all the fuss is about! An hour to switch off, quieten a busy mind and simply relax.
