There are moments in life when something quietly asks for more: more honesty, more aliveness, more depth in how we relate to ourselves and others. ISTA Level 1 is a week-long residential training for those ready to answer that call.
ISTA (International School of Temple Arts) has guided thousands of people across five continents over the past decade. Through experiential group work, movement, ritual and sharing, participants explore how patterns around intimacy, power and self-worth live in the body, and learn to meet them with awareness and choice.
What to expect
