The weekend is in the beautiful Royal Esplanade Hotel, Ryde, next to Ryde Pier and Ryde Beach.
Our milongas will feature great tango tunes from across the decades, including the beautiful Golden era classics, as well as classic tangos played by the modern orchestras, tangos by the modern orchestras, and a splash of Nuevo.
Easy to get to, Ryde can be accessed by fastcat ( a fast boat with the company Wightlink), or the Hovercraft.
Coming from London/Brighton /Southampton on the train? Buy a through return ticket which includes train and fastcat.
OR…drive here and bring your car on the car ferry- it’s a relaxed way to get here - parking is available at our Hotel & ferry discounts are available for all boat journeys. The Hotel people can book you discounted crossings for car ferry, fastcat or Hover.
A Message to you, from Tango y Nada Mas
Tango y Nada Mas brings more than 30 years of experience in Argentine Tango to the UK through classes, workshops and performances. We share the Tango culture of Buenos Aires with an emphasis on the music, the embrace, the walk and social dancing. Our aim is to inspire people with this beautiful improvised dance and to build a community of like-minded dancers here in the UK.

Our Tango is 100% improvised; we dance with the music and because of the music. For this reason musicality runs throughout our classes. In addition, we focus on technique - for example, the technique of walking, of a good embrace, and how to develop and improve the connection between you and your partners leading to beautiful lines, and giving you confidence and enabling you to express yourself through the music. Everything we teach is suitable for the social dancefloor and always considers the Ronda, we will always teach our ideas in the line of dance and show you how.

You may book any combination of workshops/milongas or there are 3 Dance Pass options.

Write either ‘follower’ or ‘leader’.
If you come as a couple, tell us. Followers/leaders ratio will be balanced. Advise how long you have been dancing Argentine Tango.
2. You will receive an invoice by email.
3. Once you have registered you will receive a code.

Once you have booked your dancing with us, you should then call the Hotel quoting the event and the code. Book in for whichever nights you want - last time, some folk added days on each side to have a little holiday.
