There comes a season when a woman must set down what she carries for everyone else, if only for an evening, and return to herself.
Is It Well With My Soul? is a curated soul-care gathering for women 40+ navigating the quiet complexities of this season: transformation, purpose, healing, relationships, changing bodies, evolving friendships, loneliness, grief, careers, finances and the question of what comes next for me.
Because sometimes life can be full and something in you can still feel unsettled.
Sometimes you're the one everyone calls, leans on, and depends on, while quietly wondering: Who is checking on me?
For three intentional hours, we're creating room for women to put down the roles, the responsibilities, and the expectation to have it all together.
Expect honest, guided conversation, meaningful connection, moments of reflection, laughter, wisdom, and light refreshments all within the warmth and intimacy of The Living Room.This is an intimate, interactive experience designed to feel real, uncut, and restorative.
Because healing doesn't always happen alone.
Sometimes it begins in community.
In hearing another woman's story and realizing, “I'm not the only one.”
In finding language for something you've been carrying quietly.
It's about making space for the woman you are now and the woman you're becoming.

Our attire for the evening is Earth-Tone Lounge Chic a reflection of the kind of space we're creating together: warm, grounded, natural, and at ease.
Come as you are in soft, comfortable shades inspired by the earth cream, sand, camel, mocha, chocolate, olive, rust, taupe, and terracotta.
