A rehearsed reading of HEEL, a dark comedy where a sadistic CEO abducts a failed actor-turned-therapist and traps him in her apartment.
About this Event

A sadistic female CEO abducts a failed actor, turned drama therapist, and collars him to the wall of her apartment. Inter-spliced with violent dream sequences and a rotating cast of desperate corporate workers, taboo gender-based desires are confronted, and prior evils are unearthed by a pair that threatens to either complete each other or tear one another apart.

Delia Frances Kenagy (Writer) is a London-based playwright and alumni of NYU Tisch Drama.
Sabrina Carlier (Director) is a director, actor, and theatre maker based in New York.

IRT Theater is a grassroots laboratory for independent theater and performance in New York City, providing space and support to a new generation of artists. Tucked away in the old Archive Building in Greenwich Village, IRT’s mission is to build a community of emerging and established artists by creating a home for the development and presentation of new work.
