09:00 - 12:00 PM Morning meetings
1:00 - 4:00 PM: Afternoon meetings
(including the Old Timers Meeting)
4:30 - 6:30 PM: Trivia, Raffles, Dinner
6:30 - 9:00 PM: Music, Dancing, Karaoke
