Network with LA investors & PadSplit hosts, get your co-living questions answered, and see a 3-BR SFR turned into a 5-BR PadSplit in person. Most investors only ever see a PadSplit on a slide deck. This is your chance to walk one in person while enjoying your pizza on us.
Whether you already own rental properties or are considering your first PadSplit conversion, nothing beats standing inside the property and seeing how the layout works.
Here’s the thing: these homes don’t sit empty for long. Once the renovation wraps, they go rented out quickly. That’s why events like this are rare, and why the window to walk one is short.
Join me, Devon Aguirre, PadSplit Market Manager, alongside local real estate investors and PadSplit hosts Alex Nahle and Carlos Quiros, for an evening of investor networking at an upcoming PadSplit property in Los Angeles.
After welcoming investors to their North Hollywood PadSplit during renovation and again after completion, Alex and Carlos are bringing investors together at another Los Angeles property featuring a 3-to-5-bedroom conversion.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
✅ Network with Investors: Connect with local property owners, investors, and real estate professionals, share experiences, and build relationships.
✅ Connect with PadSplit Hosts: Talk with Alex Nahle and Carlos Quiros about their experience with co-living and property conversions.
✅ Co-Living Conversations: Ask Devon and PadSplit hosts your questions about the model, property considerations, and getting started.
✅ See a PadSplit Property in Person: Visit an upcoming Los Angeles PadSplit property and learn about its 3-to-5-bedroom conversion.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
Real estate investors and property owners interested in co-living, along with Realtors, lenders, property managers, and other real estate professionals looking to connect with local investors and PadSplit hosts in LA.
