Welcome to Investor Dinner Club
Most networking events are a room full of people trying to sell you something, with no curation at all. You spend the night dodging pitches and leave with a stack of business cards you'll never look at again.
At Investor Dinner Club, you'll be a table of people who actually invest. 6 to 8 guests, picked for the table and seated together on purpose.
Come enjoy a great meal, meaningful conversations, and a more authentic way to build relationships within the real estate community.

- Reservation: 7:00 PM
- Location: revealed after registration (rotates monthly among Dallas' top restaurants)

About the Organizer
is a DC based real estate investor, Realtor, market analyst, and hospitality entrepreneur. Over the past year, he has helped place more than $30 million of investor capital into short-term rental and hospitality assets across the country (many of which in TX).
His firm , specializes in helping investors identify, analyze, and acquire income-producing real estate opportunities while providing the market insights and guidance needed to make confident investment decisions.
Drawing on a background in executive hospitality, Josh created Investor Dinner Club around a simple belief: some of the best conversations—and the best opportunities—happen around the dinner table.
