About the Organizer
Joshua Odmark is a DC based real estate investor, market analyst, REALTOR, and hospitality entrepreneur. Over the past year, he has helped place more than $30 million of investor capital into short-term rental and hospitality assets across the country.
His firm, Odmark Realty, specializes in helping investors identify, analyze, and acquire income-producing real estate opportunities while providing the market insights and guidance needed to make confident investment decisions.
