The Investigative Interviewing Practices Course, conducted in partnership with the ACFE Singapore Chapter, is a 3-day programme focused on helping participants plan, conduct and evaluate more effective investigative interviews.

The course introduces participants to the PEACE interviewing model, a structured and ethical framework widely used in investigative interviewing. Through practical exercises, role-play and guided feedback, participants will learn how to obtain more reliable information, ask better questions and manage challenging interview situations.

Participants will gain practical exposure to:

• The principles and psychology of investigative interviewing
• The PEACE interviewing framework
• Interview planning and preparation
• Effective questioning strategies
• Managing difficult or challenging interview behaviours
• Cognitive interviewing techniques
• Practical role-play and interview exercises
