The INVEST Summit is one day in a room full of people who are actively buying, lending, and building in real estate. Fourth year running. You leave knowing people who can fund or partner on your next deal, not with a folder of notes you never open again.
Saturday, September 26. Doors at 9 AM, room held until 4 PM. Fort Lauderdale Improv.
What the day looks like
- Four speakers, 15 minutes each. One idea apiece and a hard clock on every one, so every session ends with something you can go run that week.
- Speed Demo rounds. The room splits into groups and moves table to table, so you actually meet every operator and sponsor instead of picking one from across the room and hoping.
- Keynote from Bill Walsh. Forty-five minutes on what is actually capping your growth and what to change first. One stage, one talk.
- Catered lunch with open seating. This is where the morning's introductions turn into real conversations.
- Panel and Q&A. Question cards go out at lunch, so the panel answers what the room actually wants to know.
- Open Mic Mastermind. Your name gets called and you get sixty seconds to put your deal or your problem in front of the room. Then the panel takes it apart and the floor chimes in.
- Open networking to close. We hold the space until 4 PM so you can finish the conversations the day started.
