INVERSIONS BEGINNERS In this course we work on developing the skills needed to perform safely and in a solid way a headstand (different variations), a forearm stand and a handstand in straight alignmentUnderstanding the correct alignment of each part involved in creating the stability of the different inverted postures.Working with the drills that will help to develop the conditioning to hold the inverted postures, first with the help of the wall and then in the open space. Develop endurance to be able to hold the inverted postures for a certain time in order to be able to work with transitions in the future. Learning how to manage fear to get upside down.
