About this Event
Invasion 2026
December 4–6, 2026
Sparta Center Church
For students in grades 6–12
Invasion is a full weekend created for middle school and high school students to connect, have fun, worship together, ask honest questions, and hear the Gospel clearly presented.
This year, we are excited to welcome nationally recognized Christian speaker, author, and apologist Sean McDowell.
Sean is known for helping students think carefully about some of the biggest questions surrounding Christianity, truth, God, and faith. Throughout the weekend, he will help students wrestle with questions like:
- Can we reasonably know that God is real?
- Can Christianity actually be trusted?
- Why do we need God?
- Why does the cross matter?
- What does the Gospel mean for my life?
Our goal is not simply to give students easy answers. We want to create a place where they can ask real questions, examine what they believe, understand why Jesus matters, and respond to the Gospel.
When Sean McDowell Is Speaking
Sean will be speaking during each of our main Invasion services:
Friday, December 4 – 6:00 PM
Saturday, December 5 – 6:30 PM
Sunday, December 6 – 9:30 AM
The Friday and Sunday sessions are part of the full Invasion weekend experience.
The Saturday evening message with Sean McDowell is open to the public, followed by a concert featuring Kevi Morse.

Last year, we celebrated eight baptisms and two students placing their faith in Christ, and we are praying for God to work in an even greater way this year.
Kevi Morse Concert
We are excited to welcome Kevi Morse back to Invasion.
Kevi was one of the highlights of last year's event, not only because of his music, but because of the way he connected with students throughout the weekend.
Following Sean McDowell's Saturday evening message, we'll take a short break for our cereal bar before heading back into the auditorium for Kevi's concert.
The concert is open to the public as part of the Saturday evening admission.
Who Can Attend Invasion?
The full Invasion weekend is open to all students in grades 6–12.
You do not have to attend Sparta Center Church or already be part of a youth group.
Bring your friends. Come with questions. Come ready for a great weekend.
Whether you've grown up in church, haven't been to church in years, or aren't even sure what you believe, you are welcome at Invasion.
Our Goal
At Sparta Center Church, our mission for students is simple:
Know God & Make God Known.
Invasion is one of the biggest ways we live that out each year.
We want students to leave the weekend knowing that Christianity is not afraid of their questions, that the Gospel is more than a religious idea, and that Jesus offers real hope and a life worth building on.
Join us for Invasion 2026.
