While proposed sequences may be offered, you are invited to tune into your body first, sensing its subtle signals and allowing movement to arise organically from internal awareness.
Drawing from the non-dual tantric view that body, mind, and awareness are not separate, this practice becomes a space to explore sensation, breath, and presence as one integrated experience.
Each body moves in its own way and at its own pace, honoring the uniqueness of every moment. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to perform - only an invitation to connect, express, and return to yourself.
All levels are welcome. Come as you are, bring your curiosity, and stay open to what unfolds.
This class is held in English.
Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.
