This isn't your typical art class…
🗓️ Join us every Wednesday at 5pm in a green and luxurious setting at Hotel Hotel, Avenida da Liberdade.
✨ We open with a short mindful practice to arrive and settle, then paint, sketch or collage together around a self-development theme that changes every week. You don't need any art experience. No performance, no judgment. Just a room of people choosing to be present with themselves, side by side.

- 5:00pm — Meet & settle in, order your welcome drink (soft or tea)
- 5:10pm — A short guided mindful moment
- 5:20pm — Free-flowing creative time around the week's theme
- 6:40pm — Sharing what we created (optional)
