This meetup group is dedicated to exploring and practicing the transformative Feldenkrais Method. Our proposal is to cultivate self-awareness and improve physical and emotional well-being through gentle movements and conscious awareness.
Whether you are a Feldenkrais enthusiast or simply curious about this unique approach, join us to enhance your body-mind connection, promote holistic healing, and connect with a supportive community in London. Let's embark on a journey of self-discovery and better living together!
Sessions are offered of a donation basis / pay what you can.

Open to all levels of experience.
Wear comfortable clothes and an extra layer to keep you warm, bring a blanket or towel (optional).
*Tuesday morning session (10:00- 11:00) is especially designed for babies from 3-6 months and their parents/caregivers. Here we will introduce some of the Child'Space Method principles, and learn to support the baby's development through touch and guided movements, as well as broadening understanding of motor, sensory and emotional development and attachment.
** Thursday Evening session (19:30- 21:30) is a guided transition from Feldenkrais into Dance. Following a Feldenkrais session which will awaken our senses and fluidity, we will explore some simple dance scores, which can happen solo or with a partner/partners, as you wish.
About the facilitator:
Alessandra trained as a Feldenkrais practitioner and in the Child’Space Method (with babies form birth to walking). She completed her training in 2016 and fell in love with Aikido and the Contact Improvisation dance form shortly after. These somatic approaches continues to expand her research into a practice of presence and togetherness.
