Our Introduction to Shamanism and the Medicine Wheel Course is a powerful journey that teaches the universal techniques and principles linking all shamanic practices worldwide. You will learn to reclaim your power from personal dramas, shadows, wounds, and even past lives, transforming these stories to shape a new future and dream a new world into being.
Over the course, which meets once a fortnight, we delve into core aspects of shamanism and the medicine wheel, including:
• What it means to be a shaman
• Shamanic healing
• Opening and closing sacred space
• Embracing values like love, sharing, non-judgment, honor, integrity, trust, and respect
• The Medicine Wheel and its archetypes
• Shamanic journeying
• Removing negative energies and attachments
• Connecting with nature spirits
• The power of icaros and medicine songs
• Healing with crystals
• Crafting despachos
• And much more!
Our teaching approach centres on the belief that everything starts and ends with you. It’s not about seeking answers outside yourself or relying on all-knowing gurus. It’s about discovering your own power.
There is no hierarchy in our courses, and no enlightened being to hand you answers. You learn through your own experiences.
We aim to foster a sense of community and belonging, supporting and encouraging each other on the path to true empowerment. Our course is inspired by our personal journeys around the Medicine Wheel and the teachings we’ve received from our mentors.

There is no obligation to attend the whole course at once. Come to the first lesson, meet Gareth and Miguel, get smudged, open sacred space, hear about the course and the Shaman's World and start your journey.
Bi-Weekly. £35 per lesson. Payments are made in advance or on the day. Book in advance to save your place. We close the course entry after lesson 3.
