Maybe you’ve heard about sigils, intention altars, candle magic, herbs, crystals, or other practices but aren’t quite sure what they are or how people actually use them.

Introduction to Personal Magic offers three separate beginner-friendly classes exploring simple ways personal magic can be incorporated into everyday life.
There are no prerequisites and you do not have to take the classes in order. Come to one, two, or all three depending on what interests you!
Create Your Own Personal Intention Altar

Think an altar has to be elaborate, expensive, or filled with special spiritual objects?
It doesn’t.
An intention altar can be as simple as a candle, photograph, flower, favorite stone, handwritten note, or meaningful objects you already have around your home.
This class is about YOU learning how to create your own personal altar for something that matters to you.
Maybe you’d like to create one for peace, healing, abundance, protection, love, confidence, a new beginning, honoring someone you love, or simply having a peaceful place for reflection.
Lane will take the intimidation out of altar building and show you how to make yours simple, affordable, meaningful, and personal.
You’ll learn:
• What an intention altar is
• How to decide what your altar will represent
• Choosing objects that are meaningful to you
• Using simple household items you already have
• Incorporating candles, photographs, flowers, herbs, crystals, keepsakes, or written intentions
• Using colors and symbols
• Creating an altar even when you don’t have much space
• How to use and interact with your altar
• When and how to change or take it down
You don’t need to run out and buy a bunch of supplies. You may be surprised by how many things you already own that can become part of your personal altar.
