A full day of breathwork, meditation foundations, and guided practice in North Austin. All levels. Bring a cushion and your lunch.
About this Event

Most people want to meditate more. They just don't have the space to actually sit. This day is that space.

A full day of breathwork, clear instruction, and practice. We start with the fundamentals, then give you time to work with them. You don't need a background in meditation. You'll be guided the whole way.

The day includes time to arrive, connect with others, practice, and ask questions. The point is to leave with a practice you can keep using.

THE DAY

10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Sunday, October 25, 2026.

Hour One — Breathwork

  • Guided breathwork session to settle in and go deeper
  • No experience needed — you'll be guided the whole way
  • This resets your system and transitions you into sustained practice

Hour Two — Foundations of Meditation

  • Clear, simple instruction on the fundamentals
  • What meditation actually is and how to do it
  • Common obstacles and how to work with them

Extended Practice

  • Alternating sitting and walking meditation
  • Longer periods of quiet practice
  • Light guidance to stabilize attention
  • Q&A and integration

WHO IT IS FOR

Anyone who has been meaning to meditate more consistently, wants a simple way to get started, is curious about a longer meditation day, or just wants a calm space to reset.

You don't need to be good at meditation. You just need to show up.

WHAT TO BRING

A meditation cushion or a pillow to sit on. This is important and will greatly help your practice.

Comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and lunch — or a plan to grab something nearby.
