Infant massage is one of the most natural things you can do with your baby — and one of the most powerful ways to get to know each other. This 90-minute workshop gives you a real, hands-on introduction: not just the techniques, but the language underneath them.

You will leave with strokes you can use tonight.

What we cover:

- The foundations of infant massage: consent, baby cues, and how to create a calm space for touch

- Leg and foot strokes — a complete, flowing routine you can begin right away

- Understanding why babies cry and how gentle, intentional touch can help you both find calm

Throughout the workshop there is space for your questions, your baby's mood, and the conversations that come up naturally in a small, supported group.

For babies birth to 12 months.

Sliding-scale pricing available.
