Join me for a full-day, hands-on workshop at the Salt & Rock Shop in St Helens where we’ll demystify crystal therapy and show you how to actually use these beautiful stones as practical tools for your own wellbeing and self-care.
Join me for an immersive day of hands-on crystal therapy. We’ll be working in a relaxed, friendly environment to practice techniques that help you feel more grounded, clear-headed, and balanced.
What we’ll be covering:
The Essentials - Get to know the "must-have" stones like Amethyst, Rose Quartz, Citrine, and Black Tourmaline.
Grounding & Cleansing - Learn how to stay centered and how to safely "reset" your crystals using sound, water, and intention.
Energy Work - We’ll practice simple Chakra balancing and Aura cleansing in pairs—a lovely, supportive way to experience the energy for yourself.
Whether you're a total beginner or just want a day to reconnect with yourself and meet like-minded people, you are so welcome here.
What to bring:
- A notebook and pen.
- A light lunch (we’ll have a 45-minute break).
- A yoga mat or cushion if you'd like to be extra comfy during the practical sessions.
