What if your breath could help you release what you have been carrying?
About this Event

This is a carefully held, intimate space where you are invited to step out of the mind and into the intelligence of your body.

At the heart of this experience is a simple belief: real transformation happens when we feel safe enough to fully be ourselves.

We don't arrive with answers to give, as healers, we arrive as facilitators who have done (and continue to do) the work.

Rather than pushing for catharsis or peak experiences, this session honours a slower, more attuned approach. You are guided to connect with your breath, your body, what is genuinely present for you, without pressure, performance, or expectation.

We work with Conscious Connected Breathwork, a continuous, rhythmic breathing pattern that gently shifts you out of the thinking mind and into a deeper, embodied state of awareness.
From here, you may begin to access and release stored tension, emotional patterns, and subconscious imprints held within the body.
You will then be guided into a sound healing session for integration and to relax the body.

About your facilitator

Alessia is a trauma-informed, Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitator and the founder of .

After a corporate career led to stress-related health challenges, Alessia turned to breathwork to find the internal safety and regulation that traditional "healthy living" couldn't provide.

Grounded in nervous system science and trained by Intuitive Breathwork UK, Alessia offers a practical yet soulful approach to releasing long-standing patterns and restoring balance.

“I believe the breath is a powerful guide back to ourselves, and it would be an honour to support you in this practice.” — Alessia

Julie-Kate worked for many years as an actor and producer before discovering yoga and beginning a deeper exploration of holistic approaches to health and wellbeing.

She trained as a yoga teacher in the Sivananda tradition and later completed three years of professional training with the Eden Method, qualifying as an Eden Energy Medicine Clinical Practitioner.

Julie-Kate is also a trained shamanic practitioner and sound healer. Drawing on a range of traditions and modalities, she works with crystal singing bowls, gongs and the healing qualities of the human voice to create deeply restorative sound experiences.

She regularly offers three-to-five-day retreats in Sussex and at Casa Olivier in Andalucía, bringing together like-minded people seeking a deeper relationship with themselves and their practice.

Her approach combines sensitivity, intuition and skilled practice, creating carefully held spaces in which people can relax, reconnect with their bodies and return to a greater sense of balance and inner harmony.

What to expect?

The session is intentionally structured to support both depth and safety.

We begin with an introduction to the conscious connected breathwork technique.
Move into some grounding exercises, giving you time to settle into the space and your body.

As the journey deepens, you will be guided into the breathwork practice, supported throughout by carefully curated music and a calm, attentive presence.

There is no expectation to “achieve” anything only an invitation to meet yourself honestly, wherever you are.
Following the breathwork, you'll be guided into a deeply restorative sound bath.
Julie-Kate will guide the closing sound-healing experience, supporting participants to rest, integrate their breathwork journey and reconnect with a sense of calm and inner stillness.

Sound healing is an ancient meditative practice in which the vibrations of instruments and the human voice are used to support deep relaxation. Julie-Kate works with crystal singing bowls, gongs and vocal sound to create an immersive field of resonance around the body.

The experience may help to quieten the mind, ease physical and emotional tension, and support the nervous system in moving towards a more settled and balanced state.
We close with time to land, integrate, and, if you feel called, share your experience.

Hands-On Support

A key part of this experience is the integration of hands-on, consent-based support.

Unlike sessions that are purely guided through voice, this approach includes gentle, intuitive touch and acupressure to support your nervous system and deepen your connection to the body.

Touch can act as an anchor helping you stay grounded, soften resistance, and allow breath, sensation, and emotion to move more freely.

With such a small group, there is space for 1:1 support throughout the session.
You are not left to navigate the experience alone, but are met with presence, care, and attunement when needed.
