Introduction to Care courseOur Introduction to Care course is a 4-day practical induction programme for people who are new to adult social care, returning to care after a break, or preparing to start work in a care role.
This workshop-style course helps learners build confidence, understand the expectations of working in care and develop practical knowledge before workplace induction, shadowing and employer competency sign-off.
The programme is based on the Care Certificate standards and supports employers to evidence structured induction, learning, supervision and competence development.
