Event Overview
Join Northern Virginia Bird Alliance (NVBA) and our partners, A.E.R.O. (Animal Education and Rescue Organization) for an introduction to AERO’s Mange Fox Program and learn how we help wild foxes suffering from sarcoptic mange. We'll cover how to recognize mange, when a fox needs help, how trapping and treatment work, and the different options for treating foxes while keeping them in their home territory whenever possible. We'll also share ways community members can get involved, followed by plenty of time for questions.
