Free introductory talk - learn the authentic Kriya Yoga passed on by an unbroken lineage of realized masters.The original and authentic Kriya Yoga of Babaji Maharaj, Shri Lahiri Mahashaya, Swami Shriyukteswarji, Paramahamsa Yoganandaji, Shri Sanyal Mahashaya, Swami Satyanandaji, Paramahamsa Hariharanandaji and Paramahamsa Prajnananandaji in Siena, Italy. This talk is to introduce you into Kriya Yoga, to know about its meaning, practical application and to get to know the lineage of the Kriya Yoga Masters. It will be led by Yogacharya Claudia Cremers who is an authorized Kriya Yoga teacher in this great lineage.
Apart from the lecture on 6. November 2026, there will be an opportunity to learn and practise Kriya Yoga the following days on 07-08 November 2026.
Lecture and the entire weekend program will be held in italian language.
