During this 2 hour workshop, we will discuss caring for the sourdough starter, kneading, proofing, fermentation and baking. You will go home with 2 loaves to bake at home. We will discuss each loaf and the process in which they are in prior to baking. You will also get your own starter to continue to feed in use for future baking. What to bring:

- Spoon or spatula for mixing
- Clean cotton tea towel and a bowl (approx 6-8" diameter) or a benneton
