Intro to Wall Yoga – All Levels | 45 Minutes
Discover a new way to explore your yoga practice using the wall for support, stability, and feedback. This all-levels series uses the wall to help you explore alignment, balance, flexibility, and strength, as well as familiar yoga poses, in a fun and accessible way. No prior wall yoga experience is needed.
Each 45-minute class has a different focus:
Class 1: Alignment & Balance
Use the wall to explore alignment, body awareness, stability, and balance.
Class 2: Flexibility
Explore supported stretches and poses designed to improve mobility and flexibility.
Class 3: Strength & Upside Down
Build strength and confidence while safely exploring inversions and upside-down poses with wall support.
Class 4: Wall Yoga Flow
Bring it all together into a wall-supported yoga flow incorporating elements from the previous classes. Previous participation in at least one Intro to Wall Yoga class is required.
Classes 1–3 may be taken individually—join us for one or attend them all!
