**Wednesday evening on October 28****This is slow food, made properly, shared generously.**
Spend an evening with me making Montreal-style sourdough bagels from scratch, then settle in for taste testing bagels you make by hand from start to finish.
Golden, chewy, and full of flavour, sourdough bagels are deeply satisfying to make and even better to eat. In this hands-on class, you'll learn the full process from start to finish. We'll mix, knead, shape, boil, and bake together, with plenty of guidance and time to understand what matters and why.
This class is beginner friendly and designed to be generous with both learning and hospitality. We move at a steady pace, do things properly, and share the results together at the table.
