GROOV3 is a high energy Choreography class inspired by a unique blend of Hip Hop and Grooves. Designed for all ages and levels that combines the coolest moves with the latest jams, creating the ultimate dance party vibe! GROOV3 is a celebration of dance and the movement of our bodies. Its pure joy. For anyone who wants to feel good and provides a non-judgmental, supportive environment where you can DANCE, SWEAT and LIVE your best life.
