Ever feeling stressed, anxious, stuck in your health, life, relationship or your career? EFT tapping is a wonderful and simple tool that releases trapped emotions which will ultimately allow you to live the life you want.
If you are curious to learn more and try it out join me for this group information workshop, where I guide you through how simple and yet how effective EFT tapping is. We will dive into the benefits of EFT and the science of how it works. As well, we will put the practice into action, so you can get a sense of how fun and effective the EFT technique is. This will be a group information session with a group tapping experience. Come with an open mind, heart, curiocity and questions.

Accredited Certified EFT Practitioner through EFT International.
Chemist by trade and now a dedicated EFT practitioner. I discovered EFT when I felt stuck in my life. I did "everything right": went to school, got a job, bought a house, and yet deep down I felt miserable.
EFT allowed me to lift the limiting beliefs and change the underlying patterns that were holding me back. Heal the trauma and lift the fears that were blocking me from living a fulfilled life.
This technique is life changing and I am beyond thrilled to share it with the world!
My ultimate goal is to help individuals heal whatever emotions are holding them back so they can lead joyful lives.
