Crystals are more than just beautiful decorative items; they can also be powerful conduits for deep self-exploration, expression and healing. From diminishing fear and anxiety to boosting creativity and focus, there is a stone for just about everything but it can sometimes be tricky to know where to begin.
Join me as we delve into the wonderful world of crystals and explore everything from the basics to the bypassed.
This workshop will cover a wide range of topics; from historical uses and metaphysical meanings to advice on misinformation, meditation and manifestation!
I’ll also be sharing my favourite practical tips on how to care for and connect with crystals, including guided visualisations, chakra balancing and cleansing techniques.
