Copan Coffee Academy: Intro to Coffee Roasting
An immersive 2-hour workshop where you'll learn the art and science of coffee roasting — from green bean to finished roast. Using the Stronghold S7 Pro Smart Roaster, you'll experience how precision technology and craft intuition combine to shape flavor development.

- How time, temperature & airflow influence flavor and body
- Roast profiling and curve interpretation

- Cupping and evaluating fresh roast profiles
About the Stronghold S7 Pro A hybrid induction/convection roaster with real-time data feedback and software-based profiling — the same technology used by professional roasters. Students get a live window into the roasting process connecting theory with sensory outcomes.
