Have you ever wanted to try your hand at brewing kombucha at home, but aren’t sure where to begin? Please join us for this exciting beginner’s kombucha brewing class! Co-owners/Founders Matt & Mark of Kowabucha Kombucha (@kowabucha.kombucha), based in Rochester, MN, will join us at BCC, in the Community Room, to teach a class on the thrilling art of brewing Kombucha. As part of the experience, each student will brew and take home 1 gallon of kombucha, along with the materials to continue brewing on their own.
Date: Saturday, November 7, 2026
Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Location: BCC's Community Room
Cost: $10 per non-member student. Free to member-owners.
(Admission to this class is FREE for any co-op member-owner as part of BCC’s ‘Owner Appreciation Week’)
Co-owners/Co-Founders Matt & Mark (@kowabucha.kombucha) are volunteering their talent and time to teach this class. The class fee covers the cost of ingredients and project materials.
